Our lambs come vacuum sealed, fully fabricated into closely trimmed retail cuts.

One 35 lb lamb consists of about: 
    
        6 lb ribs
        4 lb sirloin chops 
        7 lb rib chops
        6 lb shoulder chops
        6 lb leg of lamb (steak)
        6 lb lamburger

Price is $9.75/lb and includes free delivery to San Antonio & Austin areas.
